I would recommend looking at some other academic research outputs based on semi-structured interviews. This will help you to see how best to present and to use quotes from interviewees.
I would not recommend presenting comments in a Q&A type format, and I would be judicious in using quotes that can give weight and colour to your findings. In particular, semi-structured interviewing is typically a route to capturing the experiences and practices of participants, in order to generate new knowledge.
Glancing through the relevant chapter, it is not clear to me that you fully understand the methodology or that you have performed a suitable qualitative analysis (eg through thematic analysis of your data).
