nuanced understanding of complex concepts, synthesize the ideas reflected in your research with
those reflected in your required readings, and to evaluate and apply these ideas to an issue of
urban planning.
For this Case Study, you will first discuss and analyze Types of Zoning (e.g., residential,
commercial, agricultural, industrial, or, other types of zoning) and Subdivision Regulations.
Then, discuss and analyze the differences between Euclidean zoning, form-based codes, and
performance-based zoning. Further you will discuss and analyze the Problems/Issues with
Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. Additionally, you will discuss and analyze the Importance
of the following Zoning and Subdivision Regulations: ✓ Permit Review ✓ Conditional Uses ✓
Variances ✓ Administrative Remedies. Finally, you will determine a biblical viewpoint
concerning these planning functions. Please use scripture to support the position. Integrate
Biblical verses rather than at the end of the paper. Items to include are outlined as follows:
